Terms of Service

Last updated October 26, 2026

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a legal agreement between you, or the organization you represent (“you”, “your” or “Customer”), and Stuart Saward (doing business as "Routeability") of 106 Rolling Meadows Ln, Chapel Hill, NC 27517, USA (“Routeability”, “we”, “us” or “our”). They govern your access to and use of the Routeability platform at https://app.routeability.com, our website at https://routeability.com, and any related services (together, the “Service”).

By creating an account, starting a trial, subscribing, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service and your account

Routeability is a customer-success and revenue-retention platform provided on a software-as-a-service basis. The Service is organized into one or more workspaces under an account; you are responsible for everything that happens within your account and workspaces.

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • You are responsible for your users and for ensuring they comply with these Terms.

2. Trials

We may offer a free trial. Trials are provided “as is” for evaluation, run for the period stated at sign-up, and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. At the end of a trial your access will be limited unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Any data you add during a trial is handled under these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

3. Subscriptions, billing and payment

Paid plans are billed per workspace through our payment processor, Stripe, in USD, on the term you select (for example monthly or annual). By subscribing you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

  • Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current price unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.
  • Upgrades. If you move to a higher tier, the change takes effect immediately and we charge the prorated difference for the remainder of your current term.
  • Cancellation. Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice. Your subscription remains active until the end of the applicable notice period, and you are billed for any renewal that falls within that period. You keep access until the effective end date; we do not provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.
  • Non-payment. If a payment fails, we may suspend access to the affected workspace until payment is resolved.
  • Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for any applicable taxes other than taxes on our income.
  • Price changes. We may change prices; changes apply from your next renewal and we will give reasonable notice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

  • use the Service unlawfully, or in breach of any third party’s rights;
  • upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you do not have the right to process;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
  • reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted; or
  • use the Service to build a competing product.

5. Your data

As between you and us, you own the data you and your users submit to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited license to host, process and use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Customer Data and for having the necessary rights and consents to provide it to us. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we act as your processor and you as the controller; our data-processing commitments are set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including all software, content and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by law. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Service during your subscription, subject to these Terms. We may use aggregated, anonymized data that does not identify you or any individual to operate and improve the Service.

7. Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information of the other. The receiving party will protect it with reasonable care and use it only to perform under these Terms. This does not apply to information that is public through no fault of the receiving party, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.

8. Warranties and disclaimers

We will provide the Service with reasonable skill and care. Except as expressly stated, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, and we disclaim all other warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-assisted features may produce inaccurate output; you are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses arising from your Customer Data or your breach of these Terms, except to the extent caused by us.

11. Term, suspension and termination

  • These Terms apply while you use the Service.
  • You may cancel as described in section 3; cancellation takes effect at the end of the 30-day notice period.
  • We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, or where required for security or legal reasons.
  • On termination, your right to use the Service ends. You may export your Customer Data for a reasonable period after termination, after which we may delete it in line with our Privacy Policy.

12. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change to these Terms we will give reasonable notice (for example by email or in-app). Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
