Why Routeability

Why teams choose Routeability

Every capability tied to the business outcome it delivers.

Customers renew for results, not features. When you can show which capabilities delivered which outcome, and what it was worth, the renewal is a value conversation, not a price one.

Each customer's business objectives carry a baseline, a target and a dollar value, linked to the product capabilities that deliver them. Telemetry from your product marks those capabilities adopted, or gone stale, automatically. Health, the adoption versus value gap and EBR prep packets all read from the same links.

Nothing gets lost between the sale and the renewal.

Every handoff between a CRM and a Customer Success tool can drop context, and dropped context is where renewals slip.

The prospect your AE qualifies is the customer your CSM renews. Accepting the proposal books the ARR and opens the subscription on the same record.

ARR your board can trust.

When ACV can be hand-edited, the numbers drift and GRR and NRR turn into arguments.

Every ARR change is a ledger movement. Nobody can hand-edit ACV, renewals are tracked per contract, and GRR and NRR come from one ledger.

AI that does the work. People who make the call.

Agents that act unchecked are a risk, and agents that just summarise save no time.

Renewal, expansion and EBR prep agents draft into one queue ranked by revenue at stake. A person approves, money and contracts are never autonomous, and every step is audited.

A price you can see today.

You can budget before a sales call, and on Scale adding a colleague never adds a seat bill.

Priced per workspace: Growth is $1,200 a month for up to 10 users, and Scale is $3,600 a month with unlimited users and AI agents included.

Where Routeability is different

What changes when you choose Routeability over Totango (Odie)

  1. Your deal and your renewal on one record.

Why it matters: Every sync between a CRM and a Customer Success layer is a place context can drop, and dropped context is where renewals slip.

In Routeability, pipeline, proposals, the won deal and Customer Success sit on one customer record. Accepting the proposal books the ARR and opens the subscription. Odie works alongside a CRM such as Salesforce, syncing data in and writing back to it.

  2. ARR your board can trust, contract by contract.

Why it matters: If ACV can be hand-edited, board numbers drift and GRR and NRR turn into arguments.

Routeability tracks renewals by contract, with fixed-term and monthly subscriptions in one book. Every ARR change is a ledger movement, nobody can hand-edit ACV, and due-basis GRR and NRR come from that ledger. Odie's pages describe predictive renewal-risk models and renewal forecasting, not a contract-level ARR ledger.

  3. Agents draft. A person approves.

Why it matters: Agents that touch renewals and expansions without a clear approval step put revenue and customer trust at risk.

Routeability's renewal, expansion and EBR prep agents draft into one Triage queue ranked by revenue at stake, and a person approves. Platform ceilings keep those plays at Draft and approve, raising a level needs MFA, and every change is audited. Odie's pages do not say how agent approval works.

  4. Monthly terms. No year-long commitment to find out.

Why it matters: A one-year minimum commits budget before you know the platform fits your team.

Routeability is priced per workspace: Growth is $1,200 a month for up to 10 users and Scale is $3,600 a month with unlimited users, lower on 6- and 12-month terms, and cancellations take 30 days' notice. Odie publishes starting prices, with terms of one year or more and no month-to-month option.

  5. Start today, on your own book of business.

Why it matters: A trial on your own accounts shows fit before you commit budget or wait on a sales cycle.

You can start a Routeability trial yourself today with your work email. Odie starts with a demo and a sales conversation, and quotes about eight weeks to go-live.

  6. Controls you can check, listed in plain sight.

Why it matters: When the controls are named up front, your security review starts with answers instead of questions.

Routeability isolates workspaces with Postgres row-level security, includes SAML SSO on every paid plan, requires MFA for password sign-ins once a trial converts, enforces three roles in the database and keeps a field-level audit log. Odie lists SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

  7. Help that starts from where your revenue leaks.

Why it matters: Knowing where revenue leaks in your lifecycle tells you which fix to fund before you spend on the rest.

Routeability's in-house, fixed-scope Customer Success services can start with a Revenue Diagnostic of your lifecycle, which also runs in the app. Odie's applied-AI team works with every customer through activation, and customers can draw on that team later through the AI Success pool.

About Totango (Odie)

What Totango (Odie) is

Totango renamed itself Odie on September 10, 2026. Odie describes its product as customer intelligence for post-sales teams and their agents. It sells two things. The Customer Knowledge Engine keeps an updated picture of each customer, employee and business unit, and other AI tools reach it through an MCP server. The Customer Operating System is an optional workspace with prebuilt post-sales agents, workflow automation and predictive renewal-risk models. The legacy Totango and Catalyst products still run, and Odie says legacy customers keep the same contract, pricing and product. Odie syncs CRM data in from Salesforce and writes back to it.

Pricing

What it costs

Routeability

Routeability publishes its prices per workspace. Growth is $1,200 a month, $1,100 on a 6-month term or $1,000 on a 12-month term, for up to 10 users. Scale is $3,600, $3,300 or $3,000 a month on the same terms, with unlimited users and AI agents for up to 100 customers. Enterprise is priced on request. Cancellations take 30 days' notice.

Totango (Odie)

Odie publishes starting prices. The Customer Knowledge Engine starts at $500 a month and is priced on knowledge maintenance (how many knowledge graphs are kept current) and knowledge usage (an MCP access fee). The Customer Operating System starts at $1,500 a month and is priced on portfolio size, depth and frequency of analysis, and an AI Success pool. There is no seat pricing, and terms start at one year with no month-to-month option. Most customers sign for two years.

AI

AI agents and who approves

Routeability

Routeability's renewal, expansion and EBR prep agents read the same record and ARR ledger the deal was won on. They draft into one Triage queue, ranked by revenue at stake, and a person approves. The platform sets a ceiling for each action, and renewal, expansion and prep plays are capped at Draft and approve. Raising a level needs MFA, and every approval, edit and level change is audited. Agents come with Scale, Enterprise and every trial, with a monthly AI budget and no credits or per-seat AI fees. On Scale, agents cover up to 100 accounts. AI Assist and AI enrichment are on every plan.

Totango (Odie)

Its Customer Knowledge Engine analyzes CRM, usage, email, call, meeting and survey data every day. An interview agent captures what staff know about each customer. Odie keeps an updated narrative for each customer, and your own agents can use it through an MCP server. The Customer Operating System adds prebuilt agents for meeting prep, follow-ups and daily briefings, a chat copilot and predictive renewal-risk models, and you can build your own agent skills. Scheduled daily analysis is covered by the account fee. On-demand work draws tokens from an AI Success pool, and Odie says it never charges automatically for overages. Its pages do not say whether a person approves agent actions.

Security

Security and certifications

Routeability

Postgres row-level security isolates each workspace, including file storage. Routeability staff access is restricted to operating and supporting the platform. Standard, Financial and Administrator roles are enforced in the database. SAML SSO with JIT provisioning is on every paid plan, and MFA is required for password sign-ins once a trial converts. There is a field-level audit log, workspace snapshots, and GDPR export and erasure.

Totango (Odie)

Totango's security hub lists GDPR, a DPA, SOC 2, ISO certification and an SLA for Totango, and SOC 2 and ISO 27001 for Catalyst. Its ISO page says “Totango is ISO 27001 certified.” Its security practice page says Totango is hosted on AWS and encrypts customer data in transit and at rest, and that staff access to customer data needs MFA and is audited. The SLA refunds fees if availability falls below 99.0% for set periods. Its pages do not describe SSO, MFA or roles for customer users.

Services

Services and help

Routeability

Routeability offers in-house Customer Success services that start from a Revenue Diagnostic of your lifecycle. The same diagnostic runs in the app: the headline is free in every workspace, and the full version comes with Scale, Enterprise and every trial.

Totango (Odie)

Odie's pricing FAQ says every customer works with its applied-AI team through activation, and can keep drawing on that team through the AI Success pool, spent on service hours or tokens. Implementation starts with agreeing one to three measurable outcomes. The interview agent then captures staff knowledge while Odie connects CRM, call, email and support data. Odie says to plan on about eight weeks to go-live.

Which fits

Routeability is the right fit if

  • You want the deal your AE wins and the renewal your CSM runs on one record, with no CRM sync to keep up.
  • You need ARR your board can trust: renewals by contract, monthly subscriptions included, and GRR and NRR from one ledger.
  • You want AI agents that do the drafting while a person approves, with platform ceilings, MFA to raise a level and a full audit trail.
  • You want a published per-workspace price, monthly terms and a trial you can start today, not a one-year minimum.
  • You run several workspaces and want one Portfolio rollup across them (Enterprise, or as an add-on).
  • You want a Revenue Diagnostic of your book that shows revenue at risk, where it leaks and what to fix.
