Routeability vs Salesforce (with Gainsight or Agentforce)
Win the deal and renew it on the same record. Routeability puts pipeline, the ARR ledger, renewals and Customer Success in one app, at a published per-workspace price with governed AI agents in the plan on Scale and Enterprise.

Why teams choose Routeability
Every capability tied to the business outcome it delivers.
Customers renew for results, not features. When you can show which capabilities delivered which outcome, and what it was worth, the renewal is a value conversation, not a price one.
Each customer's business objectives carry a baseline, a target and a dollar value, linked to the product capabilities that deliver them. Telemetry from your product marks those capabilities adopted, or gone stale, automatically. Health, the adoption versus value gap and EBR prep packets all read from the same links.
Nothing gets lost between the sale and the renewal.
Every handoff between a CRM and a Customer Success tool can drop context, and dropped context is where renewals slip.
The prospect your AE qualifies is the customer your CSM renews. Accepting the proposal books the ARR and opens the subscription on the same record.
ARR your board can trust.
When ACV can be hand-edited, the numbers drift and GRR and NRR turn into arguments.
Every ARR change is a ledger movement. Nobody can hand-edit ACV, renewals are tracked per contract, and GRR and NRR come from one ledger.
AI that does the work. People who make the call.
Agents that act unchecked are a risk, and agents that just summarise save no time.
Renewal, expansion and EBR prep agents draft into one queue ranked by revenue at stake. A person approves, money and contracts are never autonomous, and every step is audited.
A price you can see today.
You can budget before a sales call, and on Scale adding a colleague never adds a seat bill.
Priced per workspace: Growth is $1,200 a month for up to 10 users, and Scale is $3,600 a month with unlimited users and AI agents included.

What changes when you choose Routeability over Salesforce
One app instead of two systems and a sync.
Why it matters: Every handoff between a CRM and a Customer Success tool can drop context, and dropped context is where renewals slip.
The lead, proposal, won customer, onboarding, health, NPS, renewals and expansion all live on one Routeability record. With Salesforce plus Gainsight, the CRM and the Customer Success platform are joined by an integration: Gainsight's Renewal Center imports Salesforce Opportunities through field mappings.
One ARR ledger behind every board number.
Why it matters: When ACV can be typed over, the numbers drift and GRR and NRR turn into arguments.
Every ARR change is a ledger movement, so nobody can hand-edit ACV. GRR, NRR, new business, expansion and quota attainment all read from that one ledger.
Every renewal is tracked contract by contract.
Why it matters: A renewal date hidden inside an account rollup is a renewal you can miss.
Each contract renews on its own date. Fixed-term contracts and monthly (evergreen) subscriptions sit side by side in one renewal book.
AI does the work. Your people make the call.
Why it matters: Agents that act unchecked put customer relationships at risk, and AI priced per user grows the bill with every hire.
Renewal, expansion and EBR prep agents draft into one Triage queue ranked by revenue at stake, and a person approves. Renewal, expansion and prep plays are capped at Draft and approve, raising a level needs a two-factor code, and every change is audited. Agents are included on Scale and Enterprise with no credits or per-seat AI fees. Agentforce for Sales is a per-user add-on from $125 per user a month, included in the Max edition.

Growth is $1,200 a month for up to 10 users and Scale is $3,600 a month with unlimited users, both lower on 6- and 12-month terms. Salesforce prices per user, from $25 to $550 per user per month, and Gainsight lists Request Pricing.
Enterprise controls come with every paid plan.
Why it matters: Your IT team gets SSO, MFA for password sign-ins and database-enforced roles on every paid plan, with no add-on to buy.
SAML SSO per workspace, MFA for password sign-ins once a trial converts, roles enforced in the database, and Postgres row-level security isolating each tenant. Run several workspaces with a Portfolio rollup on Enterprise, or as an add-on.
Help starts with a diagnosis of your revenue.
Why it matters: Fixing revenue leaks starts with knowing where they are and how much is at stake.
The in-app Revenue Diagnostic shows revenue at risk, where it leaks and what to fix. Our in-house Customer Success experts can then help you fix it.
What Salesforce is
Salesforce Sales Cloud is a per-user CRM, from $25 to $550 per user per month. Agentforce for Sales is an add-on from $125 per user per month, and the $550 Max edition includes it. Revenue Cloud handles contracts, renewals, amendments and recurring revenue metrics. For Customer Success, a separate platform such as Gainsight can be added. Gainsight connects to Salesforce through a two-way integration and lists its prices as “Request Pricing”.
What it costs
Routeability publishes its prices per workspace. Growth is $1,200 a month, $1,100 on a 6-month term or $1,000 on a 12-month term, for up to 10 users. Scale is $3,600, $3,300 or $3,000 a month on the same terms, with unlimited users and AI agents for up to 100 customers. Enterprise is priced on request.
Salesforce Sales Cloud lists Starter at $25, Pro at $100, Core at $195, Advanced at $395 and Max at $550 per user per month (Pro and above billed annually). Agentforce for Sales is an add-on from $125 per user per month, and Max includes it. Gainsight Customer Success lists Essentials and Enterprise as “Request Pricing”, with no published prices.
AI agents and who approves
Routeability's renewal, expansion and EBR prep agents read the same record and ARR ledger the deal was won on. They draft into one Triage queue, ranked by revenue at stake, and a person approves. The platform sets a ceiling for each action, and renewal, expansion and prep plays are capped at Draft and approve. Raising a level needs MFA, and every approval, edit and level change is audited. Agents come with Scale, Enterprise and every trial, with a monthly AI budget and no credits or per-seat AI fees. On Scale, agents cover up to 100 accounts. AI Assist and AI enrichment are on every plan. Raising a level needs a two-factor code.
Agentforce agents use Customer 360 data and work within configured guardrails. Agentforce for Sales is an add-on from $125 per user per month and is included in Max. Gainsight offers a Renewal Agent, an Adoption agent, the Atlas renewal service and tools to build agents.
Security and certifications
Postgres row-level security isolates each workspace, including file storage. Routeability staff access is restricted to operating and supporting the platform. Standard, Financial and Administrator roles are enforced in the database. SAML SSO with JIT provisioning is on every paid plan, and MFA is required for password sign-ins once a trial converts. There is a field-level audit log, workspace snapshots, and GDPR export and erasure. It is built to SOC 2 and ISO 27001 controls.
Salesforce makes MFA a contractual requirement and supports SAML SSO, and its compliance site lists ISO/IEC 27001:2022, 27017 and 27018 certificates and SOC reports. Gainsight's security page shows SOC 2, ISO 27001, HIPAA and Data Privacy Framework badges and cites role-based access controls.
Services and help
Routeability offers in-house Customer Success services that start from a Revenue Diagnostic of your lifecycle. The same diagnostic runs in the app: the headline is free in every workspace, and the full version comes with Scale, Enterprise and every trial.
Salesforce has its own Professional Services team, alongside a consulting partner network. Gainsight Professional Services covers onboarding, training, post-live consulting and solution design. Gainsight also has a service partner marketplace.
Routeability is the right fit if
- You want the deal your AE wins to be the customer your CSM renews, on one record with no sync to maintain.
- You need ARR, GRR and NRR your board can trust, read from one ledger nobody can hand-edit.
- You want every renewal tracked by contract, with fixed-term and monthly subscriptions in one book.
- You want AI agents that draft the work and wait for a person, with action ceilings, a two-factor code to raise a level, a full audit trail and no per-seat AI fees.
- You need a published per-workspace price and a self-serve trial before you talk to sales.
- You need SSO, MFA, database-enforced roles and tenant isolation on every paid plan, plus a Portfolio rollup across workspaces (Enterprise, or as an add-on).
