Routeability vs HubSpot
Run new business, renewals and expansion on one record you can trust: every renewal tied to its contract, every ARR change on a ledger, one price per workspace, and AI agents that draft the work while a person makes the call.

Why teams choose Routeability
Every capability tied to the business outcome it delivers.
Customers renew for results, not features. When you can show which capabilities delivered which outcome, and what it was worth, the renewal is a value conversation, not a price one.
Each customer's business objectives carry a baseline, a target and a dollar value, linked to the product capabilities that deliver them. Telemetry from your product marks those capabilities adopted, or gone stale, automatically. Health, the adoption versus value gap and EBR prep packets all read from the same links.
Nothing gets lost between the sale and the renewal.
Every handoff between a CRM and a Customer Success tool can drop context, and dropped context is where renewals slip.
The prospect your AE qualifies is the customer your CSM renews. Accepting the proposal books the ARR and opens the subscription on the same record.
ARR your board can trust.
When ACV can be hand-edited, the numbers drift and GRR and NRR turn into arguments.
Every ARR change is a ledger movement. Nobody can hand-edit ACV, renewals are tracked per contract, and GRR and NRR come from one ledger.
AI that does the work. People who make the call.
Agents that act unchecked are a risk, and agents that just summarise save no time.
Renewal, expansion and EBR prep agents draft into one queue ranked by revenue at stake. A person approves, money and contracts are never autonomous, and every step is audited.
A price you can see today.
You can budget before a sales call, and on Scale adding a colleague never adds a seat bill.
Priced per workspace: Growth is $1,200 a month for up to 10 users, and Scale is $3,600 a month with unlimited users and AI agents included.

What changes when you choose Routeability over HubSpot
ARR your board can trust, without manual updates.
Why it matters: If recurring revenue depends on someone remembering to update a field, GRR and NRR become a debate instead of a number.
Every ARR change in Routeability is a ledger movement, nobody can type over ACV, and GRR and NRR come straight from that ledger. HubSpot's help article says its deal-based recurring revenue properties need to be updated manually, and that the recurring revenue report needs Enterprise.
Every renewal tied to the contract it renews.
Why it matters: Customers with several contracts, or a mix of annual and monthly terms, are where renewal dates get missed and revenue slips.
Routeability tracks renewals by contract, with fixed-term and monthly subscriptions in one book. In HubSpot, contracts and renewal quotes need a Revenue Hub subscription and seat, and creating renewals directly on contracts is in BETA.
One product from deal to renewal.
Why it matters: When pipeline, Customer Success and contracts sit in separate hubs, each one is another subscription to buy and another seat to license.
The prospect your rep qualifies becomes the customer your CSM renews, and accepting the proposal books the ARR and opens the subscription on the same record. You buy one product, not separate Sales, Service and Revenue hubs.
Add a colleague without adding a seat bill.
Why it matters: Per-seat, per-hub pricing makes every new hire and every extra team a budget conversation.
Routeability is priced per workspace: Growth is $1,200 a month for up to 10 users and Scale is $3,600 a month with unlimited users. HubSpot prices each hub per seat, and Professional tiers carry a required one-time $1,500 onboarding fee.
Agents draft. A person approves.
Why it matters: Agents that act unchecked put revenue at risk, and AI that draws down usage credits makes the monthly bill harder to predict.
Renewal, expansion and EBR prep agents draft into one Triage queue ranked by revenue at stake, and a person approves. These plays are capped at Draft and approve by the platform, raising a level needs MFA, and every step is audited. Agents come with Scale and Enterprise on a monthly AI budget, not credits, and on Scale they cover up to 100 accounts. HubSpot says many of its AI features and agents run on HubSpot Credits.
Churn risk in view without a tier upgrade.
Why it matters: Churn risk matters to every team, whatever tier it is on.
Routeability's explainable health score, renewal-risk forecast and NPS are not sold as a higher tier. HubSpot lists custom health score algorithms and predictive churn on its Enterprise tier.
Enterprise controls on a mid-tier plan.
Why it matters: If SSO costs an upgrade, your IT security review turns into a pricing negotiation.
SAML SSO is on every paid Routeability plan, roles (Standard, Financial, Administrator) are enforced in the database, and Postgres row-level security isolates each workspace, including file storage. HubSpot says SAML-based SSO is available with any hub at the Enterprise tier.
What HubSpot is
HubSpot is a CRM suite sold as separate hubs, priced per seat. Sales Hub runs the pipeline. Customer Success Management is part of Service Hub, and HubSpot says it is available in the Professional and Enterprise tiers. Contracts and renewal quotes need Revenue Hub.
What it costs
Routeability publishes its prices per workspace. Growth is $1,200 a month, $1,100 on a 6-month term or $1,000 on a 12-month term, for up to 10 users. Scale is $3,600, $3,300 or $3,000 a month on the same terms, with unlimited users and AI agents for up to 100 customers. Enterprise is priced on request.
HubSpot lists Service Hub Professional at $90 per seat per month billed annually, or $100 monthly, plus a required one-time $1,500 onboarding fee. Service Hub Enterprise starts at $150 per seat per month plus $3,500 onboarding. Sales Hub Professional is $90 to $100 per seat per month plus $1,500 onboarding, with 3,000 HubSpot Credits a month. Revenue Hub Professional starts at $85 per seat per month and Enterprise at $140. Extra credits cost $0.010 each. To put that plainly: 10 Service Hub Professional seats cost $12,300 in year one, against $12,000 for Routeability Growth on a 12-month term. If the same people also need Sales Hub seats, HubSpot charges for each hub, while Growth covers pipeline and Customer Success for up to 10 users. Teams over 10 users would compare against Scale.
AI agents and who approves
Routeability's renewal, expansion and EBR prep agents read the same record and ARR ledger the deal was won on. They draft into one Triage queue, ranked by revenue at stake, and a person approves. The platform sets a ceiling for each action, and renewal, expansion and prep plays are capped at Draft and approve. Raising a level needs MFA, and every approval, edit and level change is audited. Agents come with Scale, Enterprise and every trial, with a monthly AI budget and no credits or per-seat AI fees. On Scale, agents cover up to 100 accounts. AI Assist and AI enrichment are on every plan.
HubSpot's Agent Hub lists Campaign, Content, Nurture, Prospecting, Customer, Data and Revenue agents plus an Agent Builder. Its Prospecting Agent lets you approve CRM updates and follow-up drafts. HubSpot says many AI features and agents run on HubSpot Credits, and custom agents consume credits. Its Revenue agent is marked BETA.
Security and certifications
Postgres row-level security isolates each workspace, including file storage. Routeability staff access is restricted to operating and supporting the platform. Standard, Financial and Administrator roles are enforced in the database. SAML SSO with JIT provisioning is on every paid plan, and MFA is required for password sign-ins once a trial converts. There is a field-level audit log, workspace snapshots, and GDPR export and erasure.
HubSpot offers a SOC 2 Type 2 report on request and a public SOC 3 report. SAML SSO is available at the Enterprise tier, and admins can require two-factor authentication. It is hosted on AWS US East with an EU (Frankfurt) data center option.
Services and help
Routeability offers in-house Customer Success services that start from a Revenue Diagnostic of your lifecycle. The same diagnostic runs in the app: the headline is free in every workspace, and the full version comes with Scale, Enterprise and every trial.
HubSpot requires paid onboarding on Professional ($1,500) and Enterprise ($3,500), and runs a Solutions Directory of partner agencies in tiers from Gold up to Elite.
Routeability is the right fit if
- You want GRR and NRR straight from one ARR ledger that nobody can hand-edit.
- You need renewals tracked by contract, because your customers hold several contracts or a mix of annual and monthly terms.
- You want one product with one published price, billed per workspace rather than per seat in each hub.
- You want AI agents that draft renewal and expansion work for a person to approve, with limits enforced on the server and no credits to manage.
- You need SSO without moving to an Enterprise tier, and roles enforced in the database.
- You want to see it working on your own book today, with a self-serve trial and the opening-balances import.
