Why teams choose Routeability
Every capability tied to the business outcome it delivers.
Customers renew for results, not features. When you can show which capabilities delivered which outcome, and what it was worth, the renewal is a value conversation, not a price one.
Each customer's business objectives carry a baseline, a target and a dollar value, linked to the product capabilities that deliver them. Telemetry from your product marks those capabilities adopted, or gone stale, automatically. Health, the adoption versus value gap and EBR prep packets all read from the same links.
Nothing gets lost between the sale and the renewal.
Every handoff between a CRM and a Customer Success tool can drop context, and dropped context is where renewals slip.
The prospect your AE qualifies is the customer your CSM renews. Accepting the proposal books the ARR and opens the subscription on the same record.
ARR your board can trust.
When ACV can be hand-edited, the numbers drift and GRR and NRR turn into arguments.
Every ARR change is a ledger movement. Nobody can hand-edit ACV, renewals are tracked per contract, and GRR and NRR come from one ledger.
AI that does the work. People who make the call.
Agents that act unchecked are a risk, and agents that just summarise save no time.
Renewal, expansion and EBR prep agents draft into one queue ranked by revenue at stake. A person approves, money and contracts are never autonomous, and every step is audited.
A price you can see today.
You can budget before a sales call, and on Scale adding a colleague never adds a seat bill.
Priced per workspace: Growth is $1,200 a month for up to 10 users, and Scale is $3,600 a month with unlimited users and AI agents included.

What changes when you choose Routeability over Vitally
The deal and the renewal live on one record.
Why it matters: Every handoff between a CRM and a Customer Success tool can drop context, and dropped context is where renewals slip.
The prospect your AE qualifies is the customer your CSM renews. Accepting the proposal books new-business ARR and opens the subscription on the same record. Vitally runs next to Salesforce or HubSpot and syncs with it both ways.
One ARR ledger, no hand-edited ACV.
Why it matters: When ACV can be typed over, the numbers drift and GRR and NRR turn into arguments.
Every ARR change is a ledger movement booked by Financial or admin users, and nobody can type over ACV. GRR, NRR, new business, expansion and quota attainment all come from that one ledger.
Every contract renews on its own date.
Why it matters: A customer with several contracts has several renewal dates. Track one date per account and the others slip past unnoticed.
One customer can hold many contracts, each with its own renewal date, renewal proposal and reminders. Fixed-term and month-to-month (evergreen) subscriptions sit in one book.
AI agents do the work. Your team makes the call.
Why it matters: An agent that acts unchecked puts revenue and customer trust at risk. One that drafts for approval saves the time without the risk.
Agents draft renewal, retention, expansion and EBR prep work into one Triage queue ranked by revenue at stake, and a person approves. Renewal, expansion and prep plays are capped at Draft and approve, raising a level needs MFA, and every action is audited. Included on Scale, Enterprise and every trial, with no credits or per-seat AI fees.
See the price today. Start a trial today.
Why it matters: You can build the budget case before a sales call, and paying per workspace means a new colleague is not a new seat bill.
Growth is $1,200 a month for up to 10 users. Scale is $3,600 a month with unlimited users and AI agents for up to 100 customers, and both cost less on 6- and 12-month terms. Vitally's plans say “Request Pricing”.
Pipeline and forecast sit beside your renewals.
Why it matters: If your team is building a sales motion too, a separate CRM is another system to buy, run and reconcile.
MEDDPICC stage gates, forecast categories, forecast accuracy, opportunity splits and quota are built in, with teams and nestable territories on Scale and Enterprise.
Know where your lifecycle stands, inside the app.
Why it matters: Without a baseline, you are guessing which stage of the customer lifecycle is costing you revenue.
The Revenue Diagnostic runs in the app. The headline is free in every workspace, and the full diagnostic comes with Scale, Enterprise and every trial.
What Vitally is
Vitally is a Customer Success platform. Its AI assistant, Quin, works from the customer data held in Vitally. It syncs accounts, contacts and activity both ways with Salesforce or HubSpot. It has three plans, Tech-Touch, Hybrid-Touch and High-Touch, and each one says “Request Pricing”.
What it costs
Routeability publishes its prices per workspace. Growth is $1,200 a month, $1,100 on a 6-month term or $1,000 on a 12-month term, for up to 10 users. Scale is $3,600, $3,300 or $3,000 a month on the same terms, with unlimited users and AI agents for up to 100 customers. Enterprise is priced on request.
Vitally lists three plans: Tech-Touch, Hybrid-Touch and High-Touch. Each says “Request Pricing”, and Vitally says all plans have the same features. Every plan includes all core features, unlimited automations, unlimited observer seats, single sign-on, all integrations and unlimited Docs. High-Touch adds unlimited full seats. The page does not say how pricing is calculated.
AI agents and who approves
Routeability's renewal, expansion and EBR prep agents read the same record and ARR ledger the deal was won on. They draft into one Triage queue, ranked by revenue at stake, and a person approves. The platform sets a ceiling for each action, and renewal, expansion and prep plays are capped at Draft and approve. Raising a level needs MFA, and every approval, edit and level change is audited. Agents come with Scale, Enterprise and every trial, with a monthly AI budget and no credits or per-seat AI fees. On Scale, agents cover up to 100 accounts. AI Assist and AI enrichment are on every plan.
Vitally says Quin works from the customer data already held in Vitally. You can ask it to draft emails, capture meeting notes and next steps, create tasks and update CRM fields. Vitally AI is described as a copilot with a Meeting Recorder, Ask AI, AI Summaries and AI Actions. It runs on Amazon Bedrock, and Vitally says customer data is not used to train models. An MCP server connects Vitally to outside AI tools.
Security and certifications
Postgres row-level security isolates each workspace, including file storage. Routeability staff access is restricted to operating and supporting the platform. Standard, Financial and Administrator roles are enforced in the database. SAML SSO with JIT provisioning is on every paid plan, and MFA is required for password sign-ins once a trial converts. There is a field-level audit log, workspace snapshots, and GDPR export and erasure.
Vitally says it is audited for SOC 2 Type 2, with the report on request, and keeps a Vanta trust center. It encrypts data with AES-256 at rest and TLS in transit, and hashes credentials with bcrypt. Hosting is on AWS in the US or the EU. It runs annual third-party pentests and offers SSO and admin-assigned permission levels.
Services and help
Routeability offers in-house Customer Success services that start from a Revenue Diagnostic of your lifecycle. The same diagnostic runs in the app: the headline is free in every workspace, and the full version comes with Scale, Enterprise and every trial.
Vitally's homepage offers on-demand and live customer training through Vitally Academy, and it publishes onboarding blueprint templates. We did not find a professional services page on vitally.io.
Routeability is the right fit if
- You want the deal and the renewal on one record, not a CRM and a CS tool joined by a sync.
- You need GRR and NRR your board can trust, calculated from an ARR ledger nobody can type over.
- You need every contract tracked to its own renewal date, with fixed-term and monthly customers in one book.
- You want AI agents that draft the next renewal, expansion or EBR step, with a person approving and every action audited.
- You want to see the price and start a trial today, paying per workspace rather than per seat.
- You are building out Customer Success and need pipeline, forecasting and quota in the same platform.
